Very good manufacturer of industrial 3D printers! We ordered one SLM printer and two SLA printers. They were delivered fast and the installation process was fine. Prindream sent their engineers to our company and trained our engineers on spot. After their training, we didn’t only know how to run the printers, but also know how to maintain them and get them repaired with ordinary problems. The aftersales service is good. Prindream usually replies in 24 hours when we report a problem. So far the printers have been stable and reliable. We are planning to buy another two more. Thanks to Prindream’s great work.

Amazing supplier of 3D printing service. We had Prindream print a small batch of our custom parts. At the beginning, there were some problems with our 3D drawings. Their designers helped us repair the drawings and converted them into the format that could be 3D printed. Very helpful! The printing lead time was in our expectation. Some of our parts were fine painted. And we finally received all the parts in good condition. Hope to cooperate with Prindream again.
